HR Audit

Our HR Audit includes the following:

  1. On-site facility visit
  2. Check posters, Worker's Comp Carrier, IWC Wage Order, and other (OSHA)
  3. Review applications, offer letter, FLSA Classification, EEO Applicant & Employee tracking, reference checks, required notices (PFL, SH, etc.), new hire orientation

After the audit is completed, the company receives a written evaluation, which highlights areas of exposure. Included in the report are suggestions for improving compliance. After presenting the written document for review, we meet with the client to discuss the items and answer any questions related to the audit.

Our pricing varies, but factors include the size of the company, whether it is public, private, government, or non-profit, and whether the company has union employees.
