Elaine Henderson
Founder, Executive Trainer

Elaine Henderson, M.A., Speech Communication, is an experienced trainer and dynamic public speaker.

She has taught communication, marketing,  and writing classes at Ohlone College, De Anza College, Evergreen Community College, DeVry University and California State University, Hayward where she also received the distinction of Outstanding Graduate Instructor for 3 years.  

Additionally, she worked as the Training and Education Manager for a large corporation in the Bay Area where she created a Training Department for 6 companies within the corporation..

As a trainer, Elaine has taught:  Basic Communication, Customer Service Skills, Leadership Skills, Team building, Effective Presentations, ESL, Conflict Resolution, Anger Management, Sexual Harassment, Mentoring and Management Skills, Motivation, Delegation, Giving and Receiving Feedback.

Elaine will also provide individual coaching as needed for CEOs, Presidents & company leadership. Elaine has facilitated many experiential learning workshops for companies throughout California, Washington and Arizona.
 

 

 

Rae Ann Ianniello
Director of Business Development, Corporate Trainer

Rae Ann Ianniello is the Director of Business Development for HCCA. With over 20 years of business background, Rae Ann has experience as a Human Resources Manager, Program Manager, Consultant, and College Professor. She has provided professional and consulting services for numerous organizations including Berg Electronics, Comac, City of Fremont, Clorox, Lam Research, NUMMI, Orcon Corporation, and Ross Stores.

Rae Ann received a Masters degree in Communication from California State University, Hayward, as well as a Certificate in Human Resource Management. She holds lifetime teaching credentials in both Language Arts and Office Technology. A dynamic, hands-on instructor, Rae Ann has developed and presented workshops in the areas of Communication, Business Writing, Business Strategy, Human Resources, and Organizational Development.

 

 

Vivian Grijalva
ESL Instructor, Spanish Interpreter

Vivian Grijalva has a BA in Spanish and French from Montclair University. She is an experienced sales professional in mortgage lending and financial markets

for the past 10 years. As a prior teacher she brings her bilingual skills in Spanish where she has translated and interpreted independently as a consultant and tutor.

Her communication and presentation skills have been an asset in all aspects of her work experience.

 

 

Vickie Bales
Administrative Assistant

Vickie has 15 years of office experience.  She began her career as a receptionist and worked her way to become the Administrative Assistant for a large dental practice in the Bay Area. Because of her great organizational talents, Vickie soon learned all aspects of running a dental practice and was highly valued by her employer. After working and raising two daughters, she joined HCCA in September 2007.
